Any question that is not polite, friendly, or aimed at getting to know a person better on their own terms, is a definite no-go.  Do not probe if the person seems uncomfortable talking about a topic – change the subject and move on.  Do not ask about more personal matters such as politics, money or religion.  Stick to things like their work, their family (if they want to  even share that), and their interests.  If you are connect on this level, it is appropriate to ask  more personal questions on further dates.  Don’t make the person feel like it is an interview where they have to prove something: just have a fun conversation, and see where the connection takes you.   To avoid these sorts of mistakes, have a look at the amazing article ’10 Dating Mistakes to Avoid’ by GoMarry.com
