Honestly, I don’t. I don’t believe that a short relationship is a failed relationship. Many relationships do not survive the test of time because quite simply, people find out they are not compatible. Either they have different priorities and interests, or different expectations of the relationship. Or they’re just not very nice people, which, unfortunately, does happen!  But this does not mean they are failed relationships!  If your goal is to find someone to settle down with the long-term, you have learned things about how to reach that goal in each relationship you are in.  Whether it lasts a week or a year, you will know yourself better, and you will have learned something about another person.  Which really, is the best part of life!  For more information about the sort of questions you want to be asking to avoid “failed” relationships, have a look at GoMarry.com
